Ken Hopkins has over 30 years of experience promoting Strategic Land throughout the UK. He joined Mac Mic Group in 2008 and has since led Mactaggart & Mickel Strategic Land Ltd to become a significant force within the industry.
Operating from our Glasgow Headquarters Ken has significantly grown the Strategic Land Business opening Regional Offices in Bristol and London with a third office soon to open to cover the Cambridge to Milton Keynes corridor.
From securing thousands of new homes from the Greenbelt in the UNESCO World Heritage Cities of Bath and Edinburgh to promoting large-scale urban edge development in the London Boroughs, Mactaggart & Mickel Strategic Land Ltd., has generated more than £250 million of additional value for our land-owning partners in recent years.
Working on a UK-wide portfolio of over 4,000 acres across 54 projects, the Business is on track to double this by 2028.
Whilst promoting residential led development forms our core activity, the Company has recently expanded into the Renewable Energy and Logistics market.
