Nicholas Rennie
Strategic Land Manager - South EastNick joined the company in 2021 following a period of time working at two national housebuilders.
He completed a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors-accredited Masters in Real Estate and Development at The University of Sheffield which provided invaluable planning and development knowledge.
Personable and commercially-minded, Nick has acquired both smaller and larger development sites.
Reporting directly to Conor Roberts, Nick aims to create lasting relationships with landowners to bring forward land opportunities through the planning system through a collaborative and detailed approach.
Nick is currently undertaking his chartership to become a chartered surveyor.
