We’re delighted to share that Nick Rennie has been promoted to Senior Strategic Land Manager – South East.

Nick joined the company in 2021, following experience with two national housebuilders, and has since made a significant impact within the South East team. A qualified RICS Chartered Surveyor, Nick combines a personable approach with sharp commercial insight, securing both smaller and larger development sites across the region.
Reporting directly to Conor Roberts, Nick focuses on building long-term, meaningful relationships with landowners and bringing forward strategic land opportunities through a collaborative and detailed approach to the planning process.
