Senior Strategic Land Manager - South WestRichard joined Mac Mic Group in April 2024 as Senior Strategic Land Manager to spearhead the identification and acquisition of strategic land opportunities across the Western and South West regions.
Richard’s expertise in navigating complex planning processes will be invaluable in steering the sites with development potential towards successful outcomes.
Raised in Guildford, Richard attended university in South Wales where he graduated in Urban Estate Management.
After starting his career in private consultancies where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, Richard moved into the residential development sector.
Richard also brings a wealth of valuable public sector experience gained working for local authorities, most recently Cardiff Council where he was Head of Disposals & Acquisitions in the Strategic Estates department.
