David Gaffney

David was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive of Mac Mic Strategic Land in October 2025. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 40 years’ experience across the public, private, and PLC real estate sectors. David has held senior roles with major UK housebuilders and is Chairman and Owner of The Ambassador Group, a UK-wide real estate investment and development business.

With extensive expertise in private equity, M&A, refinancing, and investment management, overseeing assets valued at over £3 billion, David is recognised for his strategic insight, collaborative leadership, and focus on long-term, sustainable growth.
