Craig Ormond
Group DirectorCraig was appointed Group Director in August 2023.
He joined the company in 2007 following a period of time working in a local authority and at a planning consultancy.
Craig became a Director of the Homes Board in 2017 having been a key part of the team involved in the delivery of the Commonwealth Games Athletes Village in 2014.
He joined the Homes England Board 2019 and worked on delivering planning and technical consents for the company’s development sites in England.
Craig has 18 years’ experience in managing the Group’s Scottish Strategic land portfolio, which previously serviced the housing building business until the division was sold in 2023, and is now predominately for onward sale to housebuilders.
He has a broad range of experience in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, and takes responsibility for site evaluation and appraisal.
As charted planner with RTPI accreditation Craig is required to be up to date with the current planning process and legislation.
