At Mac Mic Group, we prioritise employee wellbeing, which is why in February we launched a free weekly Ashtanga yoga class right here in our head office. The class, lead by Yoga Rose is also streamed live for team members to dial in via Teams and flow along remotely with the Glasgow yogis.
