Mac Mic Group’s - South West Strategic Land team has entered into an agreement to promote 57-acres of land at Henley-in-Arden, South Warwickshire.
The site, which is sustainably located, is comprised of several low value agricultural fields and lies to the south-east of the town.
Mac Mic Group, on behalf of the landowner, have made robust Representations to the South Warwickshire Local Plan Consultation (Regulation 18) and intend to promote the site as a logical and deliverable location for newbuild development.
Tom Harris, Senior Strategic Land Manager at Mactaggart & Mickel said: “We have a long and prestigious history as a strategic land promoter, tackling challenging sites with the aim of achieving successful planning approvals.
There is an ever-increasing demand for new housing across South Warwickshire, especially near this popular and characterful town. Its release from the Green Belt is paramount in alleviating the growing problem of housing supply, both locally and at a national level.
Our priority is to create a development that meets the needs of the local community and leaves a legacy that people are proud of.”
Mac Mic Group would like to thank Jeff Paybody of Howkins & Harrison LLP and the landowners for their support throughout, ensuring the site could be brought forward for promotion.
