Mactaggart & Mickel’s South East England Strategic Land Team has secured an opportunity to promote a 56-acre greenfield site in the Chiltern Hills, Buckinghamshire.

The deal will see the team promote the site on behalf of the landowners through the new Buckinghamshire Local Plan. Falling within the Chiltern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), the site is very sensitive and will require a tactful promotion, with an extensive programme of stakeholder and community engagement.

Proposals for the site, which are primarily residential, will aim to increase biodiversity, enhance the local landscape character, improve local services, and contribute to local infrastructure benefitting current and new residents.
